What is the difference. between a non registered. (a) MoU of Family settlement (b) MoU of family agreement.
Lastly do the above mentioned MoU have any binding on the signatories?

A family agreement is an arrangement between two persons of a family naturally elders and younger regarding care and living etc, but not related property. But for property, a settlement between the members of the family is a family settlement.

However, I try to add a small value.
If the document is related to any immovable property, it has to be registered. otherwise it is not valid.
