Mediators spoil game

Wife wants to compromise after 498a.

But her Pastor advised wife to put up maintenance case against husband as per wifes version.

Her Pastor not talking to any one from husband side.

Whats the way out from him as she is dependent on Pastor & no evidence on the conversation between wife & Pastor.

Any legal way please!!

Develop the determination and will power of your wife. If she is determined to join your society than no pastor or bastard can come in the way.

There is no legal issue involved herein. Matter relates to the behaviour of you both. if she is instigated by someone then she may complain against her and you need no evidence against instigator.

Yes, if your wife has clear and honest will to reconcile with you then no mentor or pastor can come in the way.

The wife is under the power of the pastor. Either the husband makes arrangements to bring her out of the pastor's clutches or sue for divorce.
