what is the procedure of cancelation of marrige in ragistrar office by a singal party (girl or boy )

There is no procedure to cancel the marriage unilaterally by either party. Either of the party has to approach the family court and take a divorce.

exactly mr.a v vishal... i agree with u... person has the right to marry, but not the cancellation therof, unless judicial intervention comes into play...
