marriage of one citizen of holend with one indian lady

one of friend's sister in law who is residing in uttarpradesh and she had decided to get marry with one boy of holend who came india for visit.All are agree both the parents of indian lady and parents of holend boy.So what papers and doccument are required to get confirmed marry, how this marriage will be registerd , what is the security of the indian lady .

You have to register the marriage under the Special Marriages Act. The confidence that the lady reposes in the boy is the only security. Who else can give any security in such matters. Or else you can ask the boy to execute an Undertaking Letter on stamp papers that he would vouchsafe for the security of the girl.

As far as civil status and marital status is concerned you can hire services of a private detective and can also inquire from concerned embassy.

THE SAID MARRIAGE SHOULD BE REGISTERED WITH MARRIAGE REGISTRAR .ON THE BASIS OF PASSPORT OF BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE THE DETAILS CAN BE VERIFIED FROM THE EMBASY
