Marriage certificate based on the wrong information

Dear Experts,
My query is about to know procedure for cancellation of marriage certificate which is taken on the basis of wrong information.
As per marriage certificate of my father ,he married to other lady in January 2016 after the death of my mother. My mother has passed away in 2009.though I have voter Id of that lady of year 2011,in which that lady used my father name as a husband. I have copy of lic policy of my father of year 2007 in which,my father nominated that lady as a wife.i also have detailed of bank accounts , insurance policy ration card etc to proove my point. Please give me some suggestions.

A marriage certificate cannot be cancelled. The query seems to be not a real one as you do not specify your problem. For which purpose are you trying to know the details of the lady? After the demise of your mother your father married another woman so what is your problem?

If the marriage between your father and your step mother was solemnised after the death of your mother then that marriage can be considered as legally valid.
The marriage certificate so obtained after solemnisation of the marriage canot be held invalid as per law besides there is no provision to cancel the marriage certificate.
It was your father's marriage hence you cannot claim any interest in it neither you can get it cancelled for any reason, because it was your father who married her on his own hence you cannot interfere in this marriage.

In that query you are hiding that your father has re-married.

In that thread you have indicated that your mother was govt servant also. But did not mention re-marriage of your father. Thereby on that thread the experts expressed different view.

what do you gain by playing hide and seek with experts. You are to be the loser.
