There is hardly any issue.
However, if you feel strong, get it rectified from concerned Board/ authority. If you cannot succeed directly you should file a suit for declaration in jurisdictional civil court against the Board / Authority / General Public through a local prudent lawyer.

In a wider sense this should not create any problem because there is no error in your name, it sounds and spells correctly, hence you may ignore it as minor error and continue your other works.
