Maligning the reputation of junior officer

Sir,
It is to inform that my reporting officer has mailed in official mail a confidential representation to senior official in animosity in which he has written such things which malign my reputation. I came to know it from somewhere but I do not have proof about it. I want to get the copy of that representation through official channel so that I can initial some legal action. How can I obtain it?

Unless and until you have concrete evidence of the alleged incidence you cannot take any action on the alleged defaming contents corresponded by the junior officer to his senior by a demi official confidential letter correspondence.
How you are getting it is your problem, you cannot get legal support for officially procuring the subject details.

RTI. It can be denied under RTI of national security is in danger.
