Maintenance to grand parents

Dear sir
my issue is ...
my grand paa has totla 12 acres . he has partioned 3*3=9 to his sons 20 years back.
he has taken 3 acres .he has not taken for own right on this property. now sons are not taken care of grand parents.sons asking those 3 acres of land from him without taking care of grand parents.
now what is the solution for this one.
shall we approach the maintenance tribunal through lok adalath?
we dont have money to procced throug lawyers.
please give me solution how to get maintainenece for grand parents. how much timewill take for final decision in court/lok adalath?

please give me suggestion sir.
note* half of propert is self accuired and half from inheritence sir.

it is your garnd aprents call . they can move under maintenance of senior citzen act aginst their children if unable to maintain themselves

Lok Adalat do not come to help at initial stage. Your grand parents need to file an application in any of the local courts praying to provide free legal aid. Such applications are generally accepted on the basis of poverty or old age. Thereafter a lawyer and all legal expenses shall be provided and he shall file the case on behalf of ur grand parets as per law.

i need one clarification regarding right on property. GRAND PARENTS acquired the property on their own. after marriages of all sons property has partitioned.his remaing 3 acres shall he get or sons has right on those propery or grand parents will to register those 3 acres as per their liking.
