My client is deprived wife with one son above 18 years. Son is suffering from chronic decease (fits).... So unable to go to job... Any possible relevant judgement available???

If the son is unable to resume job due to ill health, its better to resign. Why to hold a post unnecessarily and deprive other fit persons from opportunity! What is the actual problem?
