The special magistrate at Hyderabad issued orders for maintenance in a GV case.Now, can the respondent move the higher court? if so,what action can we take?

What do you mean by GV case?

Respondent against whom such order has been passed has a liberty to file appeal against such order before the upper court.

How can I tel that what action can you take because you have not introduced yourself as of petitioner or respondent.

Yes, person can go upto SC against any order.

Yes,opp.party/respondent can move High Court by a revision petition or opp.party can approach District Court for alteration of maintenance allowance.
