dear author,
an wife with service can claim maintenance from her hubby.there is no bar whether is earning or not.but normally she is not entitled to get maintenance from her hubby.

can any body suggest me , whether the LIMITATION ACT IS APPLICABLE IN PROTECTION OF WOMEN FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT 2005?

Yes she can only if she could show that the status of the husband is much more than the wife.

No limitation does not affect cases under domestic violence act here the acts are criminal in nature and deemed to be against the state as well as the individual and time does not run against the soverign
