dear EXPERTS MY FRIEND LOST A NON JUDICIAL PAPER OF RS 5 .IT WAS ISSUED IN HIS NAME.IT IS MENTIONED ON BACK OF NON JUDICIAL PAPER IN WHOSE NAME IT IS ISSUED AND ADDRESS .THE NON JUDICIAL PAPER IS BLANK AND UN SIGNED.WHAT SHOULD MY FRIEND DO NOW TO FILE COMPLAINT FOR LOSS OF STAMP PAPER IS THERE CHANCE OF ANY MISUSE AND ANY TROUBLE.MY OPENION WAS AS IT WAS BLANK AND UNSIGNED THEN NO NEED .PLS HELP EXPERTS.

lodge FIR of loss giving value and date of purchase as well date of loss.
