dear sir i want to know my name there in lookout notice for international airports of india. whether immigration authority comes under RTI and can i file can RTI to immigration authority

Yes. Immigration authorities in India are also covered under RTI Act so you may obtain the required information as per provisions of RTI Act and rules framed thereunder.
