Lodging case under section 211 cr.p.c.

I have been implicated in a criminal case which I can prove to be false. Can I lodge a case against the complainant under section 211 Cr. P.C. before conclusion of the criminal case against me?

First of all its u/s 211 IPC not Cr.P.C.
and yes you can... pls also understand the technicalities before filing the case.
you can also add section 500 IPC alongwith section 211 IPC.
There is a bar of section 195 Cr.P.C. So the present case has to be filed before lodging of FIR against you.
Pls note the present case hs to be filed on the basis of alleged false police complaint, filed against you in which FIR has not been lodged till yet.
