REspected Seniors,

Whether the unregistered payment endorsement in a registered mortgage deed extends the limitation after lapses of 12 years or not ?

pls refer to Section 18 of Limitation Act,

i think it shall extend the limitation period but lets c what other Hon'ble members would suggest.

It willnot extend the limitation.

It willnot extend the limitation because the payment endorsement is made after the expiration of the period of limition (18 of Limitation Act)

Dear Seniors,
In the above problem the unregistered payment endorsement made with in the limitation of 12 years. My doubt is whether the said payment endorsement extends the limitation after lapses of 12 years or not ?
