Licence for driving three wheeler

My client was driving Three wheeler (Commercial) at the time of accident resulting death of a person,he was possesing a driving licence which authorise him to drive M/cycle/scooter/LMV (NT)vehicles,This DL is a valid licence for driving three wheeler or not,plz do reply and enlighten me on this point.Regards

It is not a valid license because he has DL to M/C,Scooter and LMV(N/T)and your client was driving 3 wheeler( commercial)which is transport vehicle.
