Lettrer for intending suicide

Dear sir,
one of my friend (age:50) has been mentally harrassed by 3 of his relatives joitly since last 3-4 years. He has thaught of committing suicide in past severally but avoid the same because of his family future.
Now, 2 days ago my friend has written a letter (by Regd AD) to all the three persons (age:55-60) that in case of his committing suicide, all the three will be held jointly responsible for the same and he will intimate the same to local police station and DCP at the time of his committing suicide.
Please inform me about the consequences of this letter, if any, either in his favour of his against.
I have already started his counselling to change his view.

It would have been better if he had approached police instead of writing such letter, now better he files a proper complaint against those three people for harassment.

Your friends story is only one sided.Much remains to prove how he was troubled.
A police complaint is better than a registered letter.
Your friend should not try to end his valuable life just because he is troubled by others.

Send copy of letter to Police.
As u know this committing of crime, u r liable to immediately inform Police on your own.
