during trial a document could not be exhibited,date fixed for argument.
can i exhibit it? or
can court consider that document?

Of course. You can re open your case. You have to file an interim application. The other side having any objections mean you have to make an enquiry on your interim application. Its may get allowed or dismiss.. Its depends upon your merits on your petition.
