Legal remedies against commercial transporter in resi. area

Sir, I want to know 1] What are the legal remedies against the transporter running this office in residential layout/area? 2] What types of administrative complains could be launched against such transporter? 3]If no remedy is available, public interest litigation could be filed or not?

It all depends upon the Rules and Regulations of the concerned Municipality and if the Transporter is violating any provisions of the Pollution Control Act then the Pollution Control Board may also step in.
