Dear Sirs,
I wish to send a legal notice asking the tenant to vacate from the rented space.
Is it necessary to send the legal notice through a lawyer only?
Can I send the legal notice without a lawyer? Does it have legal validity when I file a civil suit later?

You can send a notice and file a civil suit without a lawyer.

You do not require the assistance of a lawyer to send the legal notice to the tenant instructing him to vacate the rented premises if you know the proper procedures of law to be adopted in this situation

If you have knowledge regarding the grounds on which rental premises can be get vacated then you can certainly issue notice to tenant without any assistance of lawyer.

You have received this opinion, advise and obligation on the same platform i.e., Lawyers club of India, where you have stated that you did not find it on this site, isn't it ?
You may issue legal notice without help of a lawyer, if you know the provision of law applicable on the subject.
