legal name not added in partition suit

Hi sir I HV instituted a partition suit in the year of 2006.in os suit ,family tree and plaintiff name mentioned as muniraju and my all identity proofs mentioned as nagaraju.now I am 80 years old .after 11 yrs of d suit now stage s addl issues.can I file amendment application to add my alias name nagaraju.relationship admitted by defendants. Any suggestions or citations to lead my case is very helpful sir

Amendment sought by you does not change the nature of case so it can be allowed subject to payment of cost.

Need to change entire name or to be add as muniraju@nagaraju. ? But it is 11 yrs delay .kindly suggest any para related to add this alias name..if court asks any ID proof. Bcoz all ID proofs stands in d name of nagaraju except my family tree

In the above mentioned partition suit the stage is plaintiff further evidence at this stage I HV filed o 6 r 17 seeking for cause title to amendment to add alias name..it is already 11yrs.now at this belated stage IA may be rejected.suggest me Any supreme court .hc citations for secure my case
