Sir, Last 3 month i was in my fathers home with my 1.2 yrs female baby, due to illness. My husband come 2 days and make quarl and torture, after few days he send a money order of rs 2000, i was not recvd that., on 21st jan i reach my husband house, and take few cloths and my father given ornament.my husband call a advocate and pressure me, to take this things you have to write in paper "i am willingly taken this things.i have written this and my sister, brother and my brother in law and husband sign this. I am unemployed, and no money to survive. Pls help and guide.

As you are leaving the house of your husband with your own wish and will, he shall be needing so in writing to avoid any complications in future and to show that you have deserted your husband as an evidence if you proceed through court for seeking maintenance.

what about the jewellery which was given by husband and his relatives. that is also your property.
Your husband has taken reasonable care so that he could not be prosecuted u/s 406 IPC but it appears that you have not taken full stritdhan and he is still liable unless entire jewellery has been given to you.
Though not specifically stated by you you appear to to victim of Domestic Violence or else such development may not have taken place.
Anyway claim maintenance from him.
