Leave entitlements for part time employees

The U.P. Shops and Commercial Establishments Act sets out the provisions regarding leave entitlements.The language used in Section 9 and 10 states "Every employee".Moreover the Act does not define part time employees or make special provisions regarding the same. Do the same rules apply to part time employees or are there different rules??

when rules do not differentiate then the y apply to all employees. Or otherwise you have to find separate provision of part time employees.

There is no difference qua the basic entitlement of those employees.
