Leased inam land.

Dear Friends ,

By virtue of Andhra Pradesh state Inam Abolition Act 1955 (Telangana Area), can a Central Government Organisation becomes owner of an Agricultural Land; who has taken this particular land on LEASE from the Inamdar?

The Central Government Organisation says they are the owners, because they are in the position of the land on 1-11-1973 ( the vesting date, as per the above Act.).This situation is faced by family. It is not Immaginary question, Plese some experts, having knowlege of INAM Lands requsted to kindly guide me.

what is the lease period and amount? what are the conditions of lease? if the indamdar given the land for 99 years lease, then you cannot claim it.

Dear Expert of the Forum,
The lease period(Entered in the year 1973) is for Ten years and the amount payable is Rs. 6510/annum. The lease was extendendable for furthur perid of ten years.
