Sir,
Plz solve my problem related to industrial land... plot no 15,16 and 17 are allotted to a Pvt ltd by Industry departmnt on lease to pvt company since 20 year...there are single combine original excuted lease deed of plot no 15,16 n 17... now company want to transfer all three plot to Mr X,Y and Z separatly. for FINANCE bANK ALWAYS mortgage ORIGINAL LEASE DEED... Now my query is that how is possible to divide original combine single lease deed of plot 15,16 and 17 between their Three new Owner.

Where are you situated?
In fact you have to show the original lease documents to a lawyer to study and to suggest the way forward.

with the consent of ind dept,you have sign the tri party agreement.

thank you Sir.... i m living in Varanasi...transfer agreement is now executed in sub registrar offices.. all party have their transfer agreement... but problem is that all Parties (x,Y and Z) now want their separate original Lease Deed which was executed in 1972..
@ Mr Bhagwat Patil sir , is Tri Party Agreement mean agreement between Industry Departmnt ,Pvt LTD Company and Party(X,Y and Z) ? will this agrremnt also executed in Registrar office on stamp paper ?
