only lawyers can be member of law firm . the essential requirement in Partnership is, all the partners must be Registered with State bar Council as Practicing Advocate.

how can NGo be part of law firm ?

No, NGO cannot register a law firm.

No, NGO can not register a Law Firm. Only lawyers being registered with Bar Council can form a Law Firm & register it.
