i want to start my own law firm. there has to be some rules and processes for the same. pl advice me under which act these rules and processes are mentioned. your advice on starting a law firm are most welcome.

Register your law firm as a LLP and also with state bar council..*All the members of the firms must be lawyers registered under state bar council

thanks but i wanted to read the entire process of forming a law firm. if anyone can help me pertaining the act, it would be of great help.

There is no specific Law/Act which may fulfil your desire in the same words in which you want. Limited Liability Partnership is one of the best mode which generally lawyers get registered/intimate to their respective Bar Council otherwise there is no such law in India.
