Land sell

Hello Experts.......requst for your opinion

My Maternal Grand parent want to sell their land due to poor financial condition but one of my maternal uncle agaist to sell land. I have 4 ma.uncle rest 3 are ready to sell land, but due to one uncle all proces is stucked. Land is came from our great gradparents but 7/12 is name of now my gradpatents.

So, I suggesst my grad parent sell land to your near by trusted relative/friend direcly without paper news/ public notice and after that sell land to any other 3rd party or buyer with proper process (including public notice etc.), So that my uncle will not make any hurdle for selling land property.

Pls give your expert opinion on my suggestion and requst you for any solusion on this issue at ealist because my maternal grad patents financial condition is not soo good at there age of about 85 years.

if the land is standing in name of your grandfather and it is not ancestral property your grandfather can sell the same . your uncle has no right to object .
