Dear Experts,

My father has purchased 1 Land of 500 sq ft on "Sathe Khat" of Rs 5 Stamp Paper in 1985, which is located in Pune. He built a house and presently reside there, pays Property Tax and Electricity Bill Regularly all documents are in his name only now he wants his name on 7/12.

Please Suggest what to do and what other options available to legalise the property?

document is understamped and not registered . is the seller alive ? he can execute deed of confirmation in favour of your father .have it stamped and regd
