My grandmother has a 11 acres of land and she has 3 children 2 female 1 male
Now the son of my grandmother had died and he is married how the land is divided??? The other two were born want that land in there names

It has to be divided into equal shares among the three and one part to the sibling of the son.

The grandmother, during her lifetime, can distribute or dispose her property at her discretion.

If grandmother is alive, she can distribute her self acquired property as per her wish.

If she has demised before her son expired, heirs of her son are entitled for sons share.
