Land dispute between 2 friend

(Querist) 13 January 2017 This query is : Resolved 
pics of land purchased by 2 friend. both are holding half half share but 1 st friend holding all city side land and 2 nd friend holding all offsiete land. same land not divided between 2 friend but 1 st friend selling land without informing 2nd friend. case already registered by 2nd friend for equally share 9 month back but 1 st friend not answering and now applied for no w act say 256. we applied for cavet. now what legal action should be taken

Discuss with local lawyer and take a stay against any disposal of the land, also file suit for partition.
