Kulkayada land on 7-12

Dear Sir,

We have got an order from Dandadhikari (court) & it mentioned that our land is pertaing to Thane Mahanagarpalika so land is not bonded for Kulkayada.

Then why on 7-12 they are stamped as kulkayada land??

This question is for all land pertaining to Thane Mahanagarpalika.

KINDLY NOTE THAT
1YOU MAY FILE APPEAL TO THE DIST COLLECTOR MENTIONING ALL FACTS.
2.ALSO FILE AN APPLICATION TO TMC AND SEND DETAILS OF SAID LAND AND YOU WILL GET REPLY REGARDING THE FACTS.
ENCLOSE ALL DOCUMENTS RECEIVED FROM TMC WITH APPEAL TO DIST COLLECTOR.GOOD LUCK.

if land situated within the municipal limits the BTAL is not applicable.
