If a Khoja man dies intestate, what happens to his property? Does it devolve based on Hindu Law (i.e. Class 1, 2, 3) or is it based on Muslim Law?

To my best knowledge, they do not come under Muslim Law or Hindu Law. They will come under Indian Succession Law.
