a workman has worked in Unit of company situated in Rajasthan. He filed case in Delhi before Labour Court alleging that he was working with one of the director of the company as helper on his residence. Labour Court dismissed the case holding that Delhi state has no jurisdiction. Now he has filed his case before Delhi HC and pending. please suggest the appropriate case laws to favour the award of the labour Court.

Case laws are not supplied here.
In fact the appeal before Delhi high court will also not be maintainable because it lacks jurisdiction

Since you are (presumably) an advocate / counsel for the party, it is suggested to withdraw the appeal (which is otherwise not maintainable and might not have been admitted) with liberty to file in appropriate jurisdictional Court / Tribunal.

Is this the fact? Is the director's residence situated in Delhi?
