if the complainant resides in Noida and the office in which she was the partner is in delhi,the bank against which she has filed a complaint is in Delhi then the jurisdiction to file a criminal complaint lies in which court.Any provision relating to this.

The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPc)

177. Ordinary place of inquiry and trial.

Every offence shall ordinary be inquired into and tried by a court within whose local jurisdiction it was committed.

You can have to see wherein such offence against which you ant to file criminal case had taken place and that place is only where you can file such proceeding.
