Is there any judgement of any court regarding the above mentioned order and rule for presenting relevant documents by the public authorities at the later stage of the suit

It is a provision, no judgment is required. under this order court can summon any person, who is not a party to suit or not called by the parties, to give wittness and produce the documents.
