Journey expenditure of a Proclaimed Offender

(Querist) 20 January 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Sir the accused in a complaint case filed by me was declared P.O by court.Now I have some clues about the where about of the absconder at a distant place.I want to know wheather the cost of bringing the P.O to court will be suffered by Police or by the complainant ?

The cost will be borne by the police.
