Respected Helper,
I want to purchase a plot (residential) in GDA (Gwalior Development Authority).But its a society plot. Will there be any issue in daakhil Khaarij of it..after registry..??

No. But after the sale deed registration, you must apply to the /SDO/JC/District Collector for daakhil Kharij/mutation in the revenue department.

What is the reason for your apprehension? What do you mean by 'society plot'?
