my friend's husband married a woman who is a state government employee.BUT my friend can't prove their marraige.she submitted the letter addressed by second wife to animal husbandary A.D accepting that she married my friend's husband.Other than this proof she has nothing to file 494 ipc.So what should be done to prove this in court.

YOU are advised to report the same to your station house officer, register fir against the husband.If station house officer refused to register fir, file a complaint before the megistrate.

That letter written by the second wife is sufficient for prosecution.

Your friend is advised to report the matter to police to get register her complain or to file complaint case against her husband before the Magistrate and the letter written by her husband's second wife is sufficient for to prove her case.

According to Sec 198 Cr.P.C. as being a offence of chapter XX of IPC., court can take cognizance of the offence only on complaint of the aggrieved. So Your friend is advised to file complaint before court.
