Invasion of privacy

(Querist) 10 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Iam staying with my parents who are 92 and 87 years old. My younger brother has installed a camera in our drawing room and recording. It is a invasion of privacy ? What action i should take ? Should i remove camera or complaints to police or approach the court ? Advice is solicited.

remove the camera asap as he has no right to do it.
