Discuss the actual problem in detail and also wherther it is a Government or private organisation where you work in.

If you return to your headquarter on holidays you are not entitled for set off otherwise you should be allowed.

If You have not stayed outstation and returned to your headquarter on holidays, how you can claim that you stayed there and hence facility associated with it? The Traveling and outstation duty rules are institution based and your service rules / outstation duty letter should mention it or ask specifically for such rules.

Sir i went for a outstation audit for 20 - 25 days in a month for 7 times in a year.(including sundays and public holidays)
I have documentary evidence that i have worked on sundays and public hoildays
My institute/service rules are silent in this regard. On various correspondence they said intervening sundays and hoilday are counted as leave if i was absent on friday till tuesday then my leaves are 5
But if i was on outstation audit on friday till tuesday they said our rules are silent in this regard. Dicuss the matter with my employer.
Now my employer need clarification from any act
Thanks in advance.

Dear Vishwajeet,
In a five day week working pattern, one work from Mondayto Friday in a week (saturday and sunday being normal weekly holidays).
In working in the same place of work (other than outstation work), if a person takes leave on Friday and Monday, then that person would be considered as taken leave only for two days(the other two intervening days viz., Saturday and Sunday being normal weekly holidays).
However, if a person who has been sent to an outstation takes leave on Friday and then returns to work on Tuesday, he would be treated as having availed 4 days leave i.e. Friday to Monday.
If any one works on Saturday/Sunday (even in the same station) of his own volition without being officially required to come and attend to official duty, he would not be eligible for any compensatory holiday. In the case of persons working at a place outside the normal place of working, even if he works on Saturday/Sunday, no compensatory leave would be granted.

Sir in my office there is 5 days working in a city(home town)/. But in case of outstation he has to work 7 days but no compensation.
I want to know legal situation in that case.

Legal situation is correct. If you are in an outstation even if you work on holidays, there will be no compensation.
