An Indian citizen having immovable property in India started living in Bangladesh as a citizen of Bangladesh died in Bangladesh. Whether the legal heirs are entitled to sale the property in India as left by the predecessors.....

yes, LRS can sell property.

Before effecting the sale you may have to obtain heirship certificate and get the names of the heirs incorporated in the land records. Otherwise the buyers may not agree to buy the property. Heirship certificate establishes that u are the heirs of the deceased person and that there are no other heirs. But beware, if the deceased had children through another woman whom he had married in Bangladesh ( I presume u are muslims) then ur half brothers or sisters also will have rights in the properties.

first get the will or documents thoroughly checked and then proceed because, as MR. M V Gupta said, if their is any other child from any other women then it may invite problems
