Interim relief in SLP

Ld counsels,

when will the prayer for interim relief will be considered by SC in an SLP.

At the admission stage itself the interim relief will be granted or only after the responsent makes his representation.

Please clarify. Thanks

Interim Relief,in fit cases,is granted even at the time of admission of SLP.

Hi! Dear anonymous ...
whenever one file a Special Leave Petition, one can place an application for interim relief at the instant of filing the SLP, After passing thru scrutiny in the registry of the S.C.,a Case No is accorded with a date on which the case has been listed for hearing...Now, at this stage, petitioner/ advocate has an option to go for mentioning whereby requestng for early hearing and grant of interim prayer of the case on the urgency ground, if any .... if not, the paryer for interim relief is heard on the first listed date ...
