Interest free money loaned on trust but now refuses do the needful

Dear Sir/Madam,
I lend my guy on trust Rs 10,000/- for returning the same in 2 weeks. The amount taken by him was to help him in his business as he was in trouble.
I had wrong believe that the family will be benefited if this man earns as he had two small kids.
No he refused to give back the amount and started giving abuses on mobile. All the conversations are recorded between me and him.
What action can be taken on such people who cheat ...
Please guide to some right official or action to be taken against such people who cheat.

If you proceed legally, you may be spending more with uncertainty in recovery. Wait till he is in a position to repay.

1. Trust & Promises, are meant to be broken and rampantly practiced in India.

2. File a written police complaint against the person who is threatening and intimidating you.
