Ink date

a cheque was issued 5 years before as security,duly filled without date. now he presented it last month and said it was issued last month against cash taken,he filled the date himself. can the ink date(name and amount) written on the cheque 5 years before, the forensic lab report of ink date will be an evidence in the court?

If you challenge the validity of the cheque then you can apply to the court for sending it FSL for verifying its authenticity.
