Inheritance of parential property

Dear Sir,

My mother & father are no more.One of the property is in my mother's name. I have one brother. What is the share of a married daughter in this property? My bro doesn't want to give my share & is producing false LH to the Govt dept.

Please guide me through the process.

both you and your brother have equal share in your mother property . if your brother refuses to give you share file suit for partition
