(Querist) 17 July 2011 This query is : Resolved 
1. Someone passed away young several years ago and his wife remarried. Their six year old son was adopted by the person whom she remarried.

2. Would the the boy be entitled to his biological father's share in the inherited property of his grandfather or any other property from his original family.

Yes he is entitled to get his share.
