I would like to know the exact required time to get the information of order passed by the Hon'ble judge of High Court against writ petition.
Suppose order passed by the Hon'ble court on 29.03.2012 - Can I get the order information next day on internet?
Please guide.

1.No fixed time limit for it.
2.Do not suppose anything.

It depends on particular state.
In WB the order gets uploaded within 3 days from the date of passing of order of the High Court at Calcutta.

Answer: there is no time limit
Suppose order passed by the Hon'ble court on 29.03.2012 - Can I get the order information next day on internet?
Answer: yes, you can, if you have case no.
However, some times uploading judgement on internet 2-3 days.

There is no fixed limit.
It all depends on how much work load that particular court has.
In Delhi one judge orders are uploaded the next day, other judge's orders take a week.
