Sir/madam , I own a plot of 6.27 cents in Thoothukudi, tamilnadu since 2007. Now while trying to sell it I find that a portion of my land ( around 0.25 cents) belongs to another survey no. and that has not been mentioned in my document. Please let me know the procedure to include that survey no. onto my document. Please note that 1. The plot is approved by the corporation and 2. the seller is no more and hence rectification is not possible. Thanks in advance.
A landowner in Thoothukudi discovered that a portion of their property is registered under a different survey number, which wasn't mentioned in their original document. Since the seller is deceased and the plot is corporation-approved, a direct rectification isn't possible. The recommended solution is for the seller's legal heirs to execute a Rectification Deed to include the missing survey number.

If the seller is no more, his legal heirs must execute a Rectification Deed in your favour.
