(Querist) 26 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
A man in neighborhood burns car Tyre , woods etc everyday to cook food. Causing a lot of pollution
Also all the smoke enter our house from backside resulting in breathing problem
What should I do ???

never i heard that tyres be burned for food preparation..

if it is so you may lodge a complaint before your area sanitary inspector.

Lodge a complaint to the authorities of the Municipality concerned.
